“ The food was amazing! I started with the hazelnut morning lattes which has a boozy kick to it. Very good & a tad bit sweet. For my entree, I got the chilaquiles skillet with scrambled egg and it was absolutely phenomenal. I love that the green chile has a buildable spice to it and the cheese, crema and pico really tie it all together. The chips that are used as the base are perfectly crunchy and fresh. No old oil taste to them. Next I had a single slice of French toast as a side with the buttermilk syrup. Some of the most exquisite French toast I've had! It's made with what looks like bolio bread and it has a great texture. The buttermilk syrup was so creamy and smooth, not too sweet and overpowering. The service was great, quick and efficient. The ambiance is very welcoming and relaxing. Great place for breakfast over all! ”
“ I ordered the garden omelette - it comes with spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, squash, micro greens, and feta (it was fine although too much squash for my liking, that's my fault, should've ordered somehting without it). My son LOVED the Nutella stuffed French toast. Customer service was great, everyone was really friendly and attentive. Wait times vary, it appears to be a popular spot. We waited about 15 min when we arrived around 11am (not bad). The location was a bit confusing to find at first- it's located inside of what seems like a multi-purpose office building. However, I was able to ask for directions once I located the building and found it quickly. ”
“ I had an amazing time experience eating breakfast here! This restaurant is within in walking distance from the many hotels in the area. I highly recommend walking so you can work up an appetite and after you have finished eating you can walk off the great food you will eat here. When I walked in, the hostess greeted me and sat me in secluded spot in the restaurant, I definitely like it because I was by myself since my wife was working today at the expo they have going on. You can ask whatever you would for a drink, but you must try one of their mimosas! I had the strawberry lemonade mimosa with a coffee and water. I also ordered myself the Garcia Omelette with diced potatoes. The failover of the omelette was delicious and juicy. The eggs were not dry and the cheese was melted just right. My wait er was awesome as he was the only one waiting serving tables. I also heard him giving advice to another customer for shopping. The customer service here was phenomenal! My waiter ensure all of us were taken care of in a timely fashion. He would even asked each of checking out if we wanted a coffee or water to go. The ambiance of the restaurant was chill with some reggae music playing in the background. The music wasn't too loud either, it was just right to relax and enjoy your food here. I highly recommend trying this place out if you're visiting the Denver, CO area. ”

“ FOOD The Californian: The tots super crispy out the outside and nice and soft on the inside. Eggs were made well and sauce well flavored. The avocado and tomato were fresh. Very decent portion size. Nitro Cold Brew with Vanilla: Pretty yummy flavor. The vanilla made the coffee flavor better. VIBES The place is very spacious with lots and lots of seating. Pretty typical breakfast place. There's also bar seating as well. SERVICE Very fast. One guy working can carry up to 8 plates. He came up with 6 plates of our food and let us take pictures since we were so amazed. Food comes out fast. ”
“ Great start for the day with nitro latte . The coconut French toast with that delicious coconut syrup satisfied my craving for guess ? Coconut! The server Scott was very sunny cheerful and helpful. Next time I'm in Denver , Syrup is the place . The only downside was the wait , And very much worth it and the waiting area was pleasant . ”
